1. Who we are

Bingo Bingley is a trade name of Tradebrite B.V., Schoolstraat 4, 2242 KH Wassenaar, the Netherlands, Chamber of Commerce no. 77750918, VAT no. NL861126063B01, email hello@bingobingley.com. Questions and complaints go to that address. You get an automatic reply with the most common fixes right away; for anything else we reply within one day, weekends included.

2. What you buy

You buy a bingo show that runs in your web browser: hosts Bingley and Bella call the numbers with jokes, games and music. Your guests play on printed bingo cards; your phone is only the remote control for the host. Every show calls your guests by their first names: cards carry the names of the players you list, and there are cards without a name for extra guests. You choose the length of the show when you order (45, 60, 75 or 90 minutes), and the host can shorten or lengthen it during the show. Bingley's and Bella's voices are generated by artificial intelligence (AI).

The show is directed in advance: how long each game lasts and who wins each round are decided before the party, not left to chance. For the bachelorette, bachelor and bridal shower shows you can say when ordering who should win: random, or a specific person. If the planned winner is not there, the system picks another winner, so everyone playing can still win.

What the show does and what you need are shown on the order page before you pay. You need: a laptop or computer with a recent version of Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox, a stable internet connection of at least 5 Mbit/s, a TV or screen with sound, and a phone as the remote.

During the show, a playlist of the best-known cheesy party hits plays through the YouTube player. The videos come from YouTube and are subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. Songs may become unavailable on YouTube and YouTube may show ads; the show then moves on to the next song.

3. Private parties

The show is for private parties with your own guests, at home or in a space you rent for the party, such as a hall or a venue. Not for public or ticketed events, and not for a business or venue entertaining its customers. Do not resell or publicly share your link. You must be 18 or older.

4. Prices, payment and delivery

Prices on the U.S. pages are in U.S. dollars; the price you see is what you pay at checkout. Payment is handled by Stripe with the methods shown at checkout. After payment we write the script of your show and show you all of it on a web page before anything is recorded: every joke and line, not only the personal ones. For each line you can approve it, reject it or edit it. We record your show only after you approve, because recordings cost money. Text you edit goes through our check for offensive content and length. If you don't respond within 24 hours (and at the latest 2 hours before your party), we deliver without the lines we are unsure about. Once the script is approved we record your show and email the link. If delivery takes longer than 24 hours after your approval and your party is within three days, you may cancel for a full refund.

5. Party guarantee

If the show does not work at your party even though you completed the setup check beforehand, we will, at your choice, refund the price you paid or prepare a new show. "Does not work" means the numbers and voices do not play. A song becoming unavailable or YouTube showing ads is not a malfunction. If YouTube blocks embedding before your party, you get a refund. Please email us within 14 days after your party with a short description, so we can fix it quickly. This guarantee is in addition to any rights you have by law.

6. Your link and party date

Your link works from delivery until 30 days after your party date. In that time you can start the show as often as you like for the same party, so test runs and restarts are always covered. Lost or broken link: request a new one yourself on the help page. If your date changes, email us before the party and we'll move the link once for free. If you share the link publicly, resell it or use it commercially, we may block it.

7. Prizes

Bingo Bingley is a game for fun. There is no wagering and we provide no prizes. The show is staged: winners are fixed in advance and the show is not left to chance, so please don't play for anything that depends on a fair draw. If you hand out small prizes yourself, that is your choice; do not play for money or cash prizes.

8. Personal jokes and what you tell us

For the personal jokes (part of the bachelorette and bachelor shows, an optional package for the bridal shower) we write jokes based on what you tell us in the order form, using AI services. You confirm you have the right to give us that information and allow us to use it to create your show. Only share what the person it is about would be happy to hear: tell that person, or leave it out. For a children's party, the parent or organizer enters the children's first names. No hateful, threatening or sexually explicit content, nothing hurtful, nothing about health, religion, sexuality or criminal matters, and no surnames, addresses or phone numbers. We may refuse or leave out input; that is not a defect. To the extent permitted by law, you will compensate us for third-party claims arising from what you submit.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

EXCEPT FOR THE PARTY GUARANTEE IN SECTION 5 AND ANY RIGHTS YOU HAVE BY LAW THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED, THE SHOW IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", AND, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

As stated at checkout, the show only works properly with the equipment and connection in section 2, and songs from YouTube may become unavailable or show ads. If a problem is caused by your equipment or connection, or by YouTube, we will help where we can, but it is not a defect of our show.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost enjoyment, disappointment or party costs (venue, food, travel, decorations), however caused. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the show will not exceed the amount you paid for that show. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, intentional or grossly negligent misconduct, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited by law. Some states do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

10. Force majeure

If an outage or decision by YouTube, ElevenLabs, Cloudflare, Stripe or another service outside our control prevents delivery, you get a refund if it isn't restored before your party.

11. Rights in the show

The voices, scripts, jingles, cards and design remain ours. You get a personal, non-transferable right to use the show at your own party. Posting a video of your party on social media is fine; do not publish the audio or cards on their own.

12. General

We may change these terms for new orders. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. If the English and Dutch versions differ, the language you ordered in applies.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, except that if you are a consumer you keep any mandatory consumer protections of the state or country where you live that cannot be waived by contract. Before starting any proceeding, please email hello@bingobingley.com and give us 30 days to resolve the matter. You may always bring a claim in the courts where you live, including small-claims court. Nothing here prevents you from contacting your consumer authority or your card issuer.

14. If you live in the EU, UK, Switzerland or Norway

By default you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content. You can ask us at checkout to start right away; you then lose that right once we have delivered your show (the link is sent). We confirm your request and acknowledgement by email together with the link. If you don't ask us to start right away, we deliver after the withdrawal period.
